Concierge / Frontdesk Operations

VSS’ offers Professional Concierge/Front Desk officers for condominiums, offices buildings and government facilities. The officers are trained to efficiently execute a wide range of security-related responsibilities including monitoring access of employees, visitors, and guests to facilities, issuing access badges, maintaining logs, and inspecting bags and packages. Our officers provide the same level of service as a hotel concierge and are frequently assigned to lobby areas to control access to buildings and provide directions and assistance to residents and visitors.
